<p><strong>2024-2025</strong></p>

<p>The Town of Woodstock is soliciting proposals for the delivery of propane at the following locations for the 2024-2025 heating season.</p>

<p><strong>Specifications:</strong></p>

<p>Automatic deliveries to be scheduled by Dead River and will keep all tanks with enough propane to keep each building heated.</p>

<p>Please submit bids two ways:</p>

<ul> <li>Price above cost to dealer</li> <li>Fixed cost for the heating season</li> </ul>

<p>Bids to be submitted prior to <strong>Monday, July 15, 2024</strong>, at 11:00 am in a sealed envelope clearly marked “<strong>Propane 2024</strong>”. Emailed bids will not be accepted.</p>

<p><strong>Bid Opening:</strong></p>

<p>Bids will be opened in public on July 15, 2024, at 11:00 am in the 2<sup>nd</sup> floor conference room, Woodstock Town Hall, 31 The Green, Woodstock, VT.</p>

<p><em>Award will be based on price and other considerations. All bidders must include proof of Worker’s Compensation at time of award. Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. </em></p>
